Shipping Policy

Where we ship

Mindy Colors ships physical art prints to the following countries and regions:

• United States
• Canada
• Australia
• Brazil
• Most countries in Europe

If your country is not listed at checkout, unfortunately we are unable to ship to your location at this time. We are always working to expand our shipping destinations.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and will be displayed before you complete your purchase. We do not add any hidden fees.

Production & delivery times

All prints are produced on demand by our printing partner. Please allow 3 to 15 business days for your order to be produced and shipped. Delivery times vary depending on your location — orders within Europe and nearby regions typically arrive within 3 to 7 business days, while deliveries to the US, Canada, Australia, and Brazil may take up to 15 business days.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. Please note that delivery delays caused by customs, postal services, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

Return & Refund Policy

Physical prints

Because all art prints are produced on demand especially for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

We encourage you to carefully review your order before completing your purchase, including the product description, size, and any available previews.

Damaged or defective items

If your print arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at mindycolorart@gmail.com with a photo of the damage and your order number. We will review your case and, where applicable, arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Digital products (PDF coloring books)

Due to the nature of digital products, all PDF purchases are final and non-refundable. Once a digital file has been purchased and made available for download, we are unable to issue a refund.

Please read the product description carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions about a product before buying, do not hesitate to contact us.

Digital Products & Downloads

Digital coloring books and free coloring pages are available for purchase or download through our Gumroad store. Upon completing your purchase, you will receive an email with a link to download your file(s).

License & personal use

All digital products sold by Mindy Colors are for personal use only. You may print the pages for your own personal enjoyment as many times as you wish.

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the digital files
• Use the illustrations for commercial purposes
• Reproduce or modify the artwork for resale
• Upload the files to any other platform or service

All illustrations are the exclusive intellectual property of Mindy Colors and are protected by copyright law.

Intellectual Property

All artwork, illustrations, designs, and content available on this website and through our products are the exclusive property of Mindy Colors, based in Lausanne, Switzerland.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of any content from Mindy Colors — in whole or in part — is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

Privacy Policy

Mindy Colors respects your privacy. We only collect the personal information necessary to process your order (name, email address, shipping address) and we do not sell or share your data with third parties, except as required to fulfill your order (e.g. our printing and shipping partner).
